How about some of the lesser known vegetables? There seems to be many new
to our stores that I have no idea what to do with let alone how to grow?
For example a star shape fruit that was in a salad I ate the other day. We
are in a 2A climate, could we grow this in a green house, is it a large
plant or small? Is it a fruit of Vegetable? New types of mushrooms are
appearing in the stores too.
