Hello to all of you.But where are you all?Have
you all gone to sleep for the winter?
Here in the Southern Hemisphere we are starting
to harvest the first of the spring veggies. The weather has also been kind but
could do with a drop more rain.I was very lucky to have some chile seeds sent to
me from America. There are some seeds that are not available in NZ, so it is
exciting to see what will come up.I will keep you informed of their
progress. They were planted a week ago so any day now they should be poking their
heads through the soil.
One problem I have is on the zucchinis. One or
two of the leaves have some yellowing on the top of them.It is a mottled sort of
effect, and is only on a couple of leaves and does not appear to be spreading.I
know it is hard to describe, but does anyone have any bright ideas? Thanks from a
Kiwi gardener
Phillippa
