I can relate Duke, we had a german shephard (male) up until 2 years
ago,(old, passed away) and I never had a problem with deer. This year
was different, those four leggeds did make their way to my garden, but
did not take much. The woodchuck, that was a different story! Yes, I
just got a female german shephard 2 weeks ago (5 months old), and I am
in love, think I will like having a female german shephard over a male.
I do love this particular breed!
