When they say it's another world, it really
is. I think it is wonderful to hear you say " some days the sun doesn't come
out at all " when I could say that here in the UK some YEARS the sun
doesn't come out at all! We have had a shocking summer, here, this year. Wet
! wet! wet! ( or is that a pop group?)
What I would love to know about gardening in such a super
climate as California offers, is when, if at all, does the season end? Can
you plant most things whenever you like? What is your expected lowest
temperature of the year? My tomatoes this year, IN A GLASS HOUSE, are still
yearning for sun and /or heat to ripen. I am rapidly checking all the green
tomatoe recipes I can find.
