I am asking about young pumpkin plants , this is my first time growing them , and I am a all round new gardener, so I`m learning...please be gentle..:)
My question is, to ensure pollination I should have bees or other bugs, that much I know , which I have , at least the bees are around a tree in full bloom right next to my garden, anyway..
my question is , to ensure they get pollinated, I am to put the male part to the female part , how is this acomplished?, on my plant right now the ,male flower is in full bloom but the female flower is no , but my fruit is developing, what does that mean?
Do I accept that mothernature is working and the bees done whatever they do?
Thanks...Chris zone 9 - Central Florida
