I think you're referring to concrete reinforcing  "mesh".  It's heavier
than the fencing I use, but either can be a pain in the bonky to store.
You have to use bolt cutters to cut the reinforcing mesh or fencing (some
call it rebar, but the 3/8" thick rods are also called that), but you could
make very good, storable cages of the concrete reinforcing stuff by cutting
four panels and hooking them together with hog nose rings.  There's a good
winter project for someone "up above," not down under.  Margaret
