Hello,
The cantalope flowers may not be getting fertilized or is it was saved
seed the parent plants may have been a hybrid.
Another thing could be that your fertilizer is high in nitrogen which
would cause the plant to grow and not the fruits.
Try a fertilizer high in Phosphorus and potasium. If your not organic a
5-10-10 would be good.
Or is you are organic foliar feeding with seaweed extract.
