Asian veg in fall

 
Hi folks, I have been trading seeds and some of my American friends were wondering how our asian seeds like chinese broccoli, snow peas, chinese cabbage, choy sum etc are likely to perform in fall.Does anyone have any experience(particularly in zones6-8)?Thanks.
