first off, realize that the white flies are a symptom and not the problem. There's a very good chance that your tomatoes are stressed in some fashion or are getting too much nitrogen.
My first season of growing tomatoes in the greenhouse was obliterated by white flies as the weather turned cool outside. The next spring, I planted nasturtiums (sp?) among the tomatoes early enough so that they blossomed through the summer and into the fall. I've never had white fly again. For some reason they are repelled by nasturtiums.
This probably won't help you until next year, of course.
