Is it dark forest green, like a Norway spruce, or gray, and ghostly, as
you say, like a Cedrus?

What kind of conifer is it that is growing in the median strip of I-5
near
Boeing Field and the Tulley's Coffee company ( the old Rainier Brewery
).
It's been planted over 20 years ago, and has a weeping, ghostly,
"spirit-like" shape. They're planted up and down the median for several
miles.
I've wondered about it for years, and just realized that surely SOMEONE
on
the I-net will know!
