two questions

I have two questions I hope someone can help me with. First what does the PJM
stand for in PJM rhododendron? and second, What experience has anyone on this
list had with Tsuga canadensis 'Gentsch White'? I live in zone 4a and would love
to try it. I saw it first at the Lake Harriet Rock Garden (city park) in
Minneapolis and later at the Chicago Botanic Garden. I am having a hard time
finding a source locally, but don't want a micro-sized starter plant. Thanks for
any help.
