Golden raintree

My friend bought it from the Arboretum sale in Oak Ridge so it was a
couple of years old then. She said the radius was over 5 " and she is
getting impatient. Her soil is reasonably fertile too. I told her to
fertilize this spring and see what it does but it will take a year for
the fertilizer to help make any flower buds. I am sure she never
waters during the summer.
