looking for Rare Maple info

Hi everyone,
 
I am looking for some information on a rare maple from Asia: Acer  Tsinglingensis. I recently purchased some seeds ut have been unable to find germination or hardiness data. The usual sources don't list this one. Thanks for any info  you can provide.
