Susan, We have at least 4 months until hard frost. Using a liquid bloom
fertilizer now would be safe. I'd try it if I were you. Marilyn

The variety was, I think, SnowQueen or something like that. Maybe it is a
late bloomer. I thought about using a blossom fertilizer -- should I now --
this late in the season? Or wait until next year and fertilize it with the
first rose fertilization?
