Excellent, thank you. I DO live in Oregon, these things tend to grow bigger out here -- still think it would stay to 15'?

Silberlocke is a selection of Abies koreana. I have seen the species in it's
native habitat in Korea. It is an alpine tree and I never saw one that would
have been 30 feet, mostly under 15 feet. It is very slow growing and I expect
that Silberlocke will be even slower.
