Clematis vitacella 'Blue Angel'

Can anyone tell me about this plant? I have several clematis books
(clematis being my second worst addiction, after roses) and I have seen a
picture of it before, but I need to know color (presumably blue -- but light
or dark?) and how large it gets. Also I didn't remember it being a
vitacella. Is the grower tag correct in this??
