Shrub with bright pink flowers?

Good Day, Everyone!!
A couple weeks ago I was driving down a residential street that I've never
been B4. I passed by a striking shrub with bright pink flowers all along the
branches. I think it was about 3 ft tall and wide with long arching branches.
Do any of you have any idea what this one might be?
