RE: Yellow leaves


If the tree is a locust, it could either be the black locust, Robinia pseudoacacia 'Frisia' or the honey locust, Gleditisia triacanthos 'Sunburst' (or a similar cultivar).  Both are quite eye-catching in the landscape.  Frisia is widely planted throughout Europe where it tends to maintain its color better because of the compartively cooler summers.
