In Indiana, the requirements to become "advanced MG" are set by each
county, so it is random as to the qualifications.
In my county, you must be a MG for 5 years, taking the required additional
10 hours of training each year before becoming "adv." In the neighboring
county, all 2nd year MGs become "adv."
