You're welcome.  You can start very dilute feedings once it gets some
good roots going, actually.  Keep an eye on the leaf color and if it
starts turning more yellow green, it's probably a sign it needs some
nourishment.  Neither pine bark fines or most potting mixes are going
to contain enough nutrients for really healthy growth.

When I repot, I will (if I have it) use a dilute (maybe quarter
strength) fertilizer like 'Roots'....you don't want to overdo
fertilizer on seedlings.  Should be lower in nitrogen for that
transplant dose if you can't find 'Roots'.  If I have a mature plant
that's just getting a refresher or moving up a pot size, I'll use
Osmacote.
