Rust on Roses

Help! Has anyone any advice to give about a severe case of rust on
roses? All the infected leaves have been removed leaving the stems
virtually bare, and the ground cleared of dead leaves. I've been using
a sulphur based fungicide - Laters. These are David Austin roses and I
would hate to lose them. any advice woukd be appreciated.
