Try putting Lonicera caerulea into Plants for a Future's (www.pfaf.org) database: 
http://www.pfaf.org/user/Plant.aspx?LatinName=Lonicera%20caerulea.
There's nothing about the aphid, but you could ask in the comments section at the bottom of the page.
