In Britain it's H5 - but that's not quite the same as Zone 5 in the USA! It's down to 10-15C.

I’ve always been intrigued by this shrub/perennial, but information on it’s hardiness are all over the (USDA) map.  I’ve seen some rate it to as cold as Zone 5 (me), although I’m pretty certain it would be a dieback plant this far north (SE Wisconsin).  I would be able to give it some protection by planting it on the south side of my house.

Does anyone have any experience with Buddleja globosa?
