I debated when I put my zone (5B) down since we haven't
had more than a few hours near zero in the last few years.
But in the general area we have had -20F for a few days at
a time up until a few years back. Guess what I'd risk with
a perennial with a 3-5 year life and what chances I am
comfortable taking with a 50+ year life span tree aren't
the same. :)
