I purchased the subject tree last year from a mail order and was very
disappointed with the product. I felt it was pruned to nothing. When it arrived
it was 1" caliper with runners and one branch on the top next to a the pruning
cut. I informed the mail order business, I was disappointed and denied my
request for disapproval and this was the standard process for pruning.
They conducted a follow up to see if I was still dissatisfied. I have not replied
to the business. Currently, the tree has only one brach with growth.
Should I complain or is this the standard process? What is the growth pattern
on the subject tree? Can it bounce back?
