I'm surprised Timber Press didn't have the CD mastered in both HFS and 
ISO9660 formats (unless there was more than 325 MB worth of data on
the CD).  Still, CDs are so cheap that it's not that big a deal.

I'd be curious to see what quality the images are.  I'm surprised that
Timber Press hasn't put a few samples on their web site -- it seems
ideally suited for that.
