Re: Formosa Carpet Raspberry


I have tried Rubus calycinoides in a number of locations on my Z5 property.
It
comes out of the snow in March looking stellar.  Then a 5-10F cold snap
annihilates it.  Some folks I know in Z3 with good snow cover grow hybrid
"Betty Ashburner". Betty has survived through one mild winter for me but,
as I write, looks pretty pathetic.
