Yes, I believe it is Buxus harlandii. Thanks to all who helped with this id. Fall is here in Tennessee so off to look at leaves and get tender plants under cover.

Hi Nancy, Could it be Buxus harlandii? That one has emerginate leaf apices like your photo shows and can be hardy through zone 6.
