I’m wondering if anyone grows or knows a source for Symplocos paniculate, Sapphire Berry. Years ago, I ordered 3 seedlings, but only 1 survived, and I had no apparent luck with purchased seeds. They are not self fertile, so unless I can find another, I’ll not see the beautiful fruit from which this shrub got it’s name. Apparently, they dislike transplantation and what’s why they’re so scarce in the trade.
