Here is a old post to woodyplants. I had hoped to find a eucalyptus hardy
to zone 5, but there doesn't seem to be any. Maybe a few shrub forms.

No Nothofagus species hardy to Z5/6. The hardiest (x alpina, antarctica,
betuloides, glauca, x leonii, nitida, obliqua, procera, pumilio) are to Z7.
The hardiest Eucalyptus species are E.gunnii, johnstonii, pauciflora ssp.
niphophila, urnigera, vernicosa and viminalis, tolerating temperatures
between 5F to -4F.
