Gerri,
The only Arrow Wood I can think of is Arrowwood Viburnum, Viburnum
dentatum. It is an upright spreading shrub that will usually get about
10' tall. Since it suckers they can get quite wide. Probably a better
screening plant than a specimen. Leaves are opposite and dentate
(toothed). It is hard to find the straight species as several cultivars
(Chicago lustre, Autumn jazz, etc.) have been selected due mainly to
fall coloring or glossy leaves. Hope this helps.
