Re: Disanthus cercidifolius

I wanted to thank everyone for sharing their experiences growing
Disanthus cercidifolius. Certainly a lot more than I expected!

I think that this is something worth growing, so I'll be ordering one
this coming spring... It's also small enough to grow in a yard (unlike
large trees that I've had to give away once reality kicked in).

I was actually surprised at the number of people in warmer climates
growing it, as I think it's listed as a zone 4-7 species by Dirr.

Anyone want to donate about 25 acres (or the money to buy it) for an
arboretum in East Central Illinois? :)

Thanks everyone,

Chris
