The description sounds exactly like it.
I had forgotten about the delicate flowers in spring.
But from what info I can find, it isn't hardy in zone 5.
Could that be why it hasn't thrived?
Seems like it would have died instead.
I also don't see where it has any special cultural requirements.
Does anyone have any experience with this shrub?
I think it could be beautiful if it would just grow!
