[aroid-l] alocasia and colocasia reproduction

Hello,
A beginner question.

I am ruining myself buying expensive alocasias and colocasias that 
are shipped to me and do not always arrive in good health. 
How can I produce more plants from the ones I have already?   In 
other words how do I get  seeds/bulbs/tubers so i don't have to buy 
more plants.
