Aroid-L moderation off in trial mode

Aroiders,

Following up on our discussion the other day, and after discussion with 
the friend who actually owns this server, I've turned off moderation for 
the list for a trial. If we don't see any problems, I'll leave it off. 
That should improve the response time and allow conversations to flow 
more naturally.
