Follow-up ... there are still conditions which will cause the listserver 
to hold a post until I release it into the wild, so you may still 
occasionally see something delayed and/or out of sequence. Some of those 
things I'll fix or at least relax as I find them - I've increased the 
message size limit twice today already - but if the listserver deems 
something "suspicious" then it has to wait on me.

But it looks like most things are through immediately, as expected.
