I have one, too. Mine grows best in soil and rocks.
Yes, Philodendron warscewiczii flavum is correct. No need for italicization of the genus and species names, nor the 'cv' for the subspecies name.

I am lucky enough to have a specimen of Philodendron warscewiczii cv.âFlavumâ which does not die off, but actually thrives on neglect. See attachment.
But will someone among the taxonomists please tell me if my nomenclature is correct in this case? (Sorry 1 Should have put âPhilodendron warscewiczii cv. âFlavumâ.
