Philodendron warszewiczii 'Flavum' or Philodendron warszewiczii cv. flavum.
The first one is recommended.
Note, that there is SZ not SC in the species name, and you read it like English SH (var-she-vich-i).

I am lucky enough to have a specimen of Philodendron warscewiczii  cv.?Flavum? which does not die off, but actually thrives on neglect.  See attachment.

 

But will someone among the taxonomists please tell me if my nomenclature is correct in this case?  (Sorry 1 Should have put ?Philodendron warscewiczii cv. ?Flavum?.
