i'm not a botanist, but it's my understanding
Rafflesia has the world's largest single flower.  

the largest inflorescence apparently is produced by a
palm tree, not Am. titanum (but titanum has the
largest unbranched inflorescence).

why do you ask?  are you thinking of growing a
Rafflesia now?  :-)
