Pinnatifidum....P. pinnatifidum does not make a clump this large and its leaves
always point upwards, whorld around short fat trunk. Not P. bipinnatifidum as
leaves are only once pinnate. Best bet is 'evansii' or other hybrid
variety...closer view needed to see petiole and trunk to id to species, but if
it is hybrid, a close aproximation is all you can
come up with.
