Hola Airlan,
Those are not you best photos and the plant is in poor health. I would say
either P. solimoesense or a wide leaf form of P. stenolobum that was in
tissue culture a few years ago. If I had to pick it would be P. stenolobum
from the leaf scar pattern on the stem.
