Great suggestion, Wilbert.
But just how does one get hold of the ICNCP (Cultivated
Plant Code, ed. 1995) without spending a fortune or traveling to the
Netherlands???
My local library doesn't even have Hortus I let alone Hortus III. In
fact, I suspect they think
Hortus is some ancient Egyptian god.
