I don't know if this is the "approved" method but 2 weeks ago I was
given 1 bulblet to try and I set it just barely into the surface of
some moist promix in a pot outside in shade and it now has a small
sprout. I just went outside and checked again and no roots have formed
yet but the sprout is about 2mm now.
