Hello. I'm sure this is not Alocasia, rather a Xanthosoma. If you have a problem with the ID, you can always send photos to the ID Center (available from the www.aroid.org and www.araceum.prv.pl homepages. However these photos should be rather taken by you or someone who allows you to post them.

I received a couple of Alocasia (I guess that is what they are) with no IDs.  I really know nothing about Alocasia (or Colocasia or Xanthosoma for that matter) and so all help will be greatly appreciated!!  These are from India, although I have no idea where, but I'm working on that.  I posted pics at the following sites:
