Zantedeschia 'Green Goddess'

Dear Aroiders,

I have access to fruit from Z. 'Green Goddess', but I don't know when to
collect it.  I don't think it is ripe just yet.  Is there anyone who can
tell me what color they should be when they are ready to collect, and does
anyone have information on the best way to germinate the seeds?  Also, is it
necessary to keep the seeds damp until they are planted?
