Harry, the exact same thing happened to me.  Wet and ziploc bags don't work.
It has been a few years since I ordered, at that time all that was needed
was the Phyto certificate.
I also would order from them (and should, since I have a credit owed), they
do ship quickly and are very nice to deal with.

PS.  I don't know what it is with your email Harry, but your messages
usually do come through (at least to me) blank.
