I have had success leaving these in the ground in Zone 7. I'm sure there are more
 
A kuisianus
A konjac
A bulbifer
A albus
 
I store all others in dry storage for the winter but I have a small collection

are there any Amorphophallus that should NOT be stored out of pot over the winter?  Here in zone 7, I leave the A. Konjac in the ground and it does fine.  But my other varieties which I have just begun to collect are in pots.
