This is nonesense; the area that titanum
grows wild is subject to a marked monsoonal climate and during the dry phase the
plants are dormant and leafless for an extended period; at this time the
temperature is in the mid-high 30sC (mid-high 90s F). Furthermore, the
temperature would never - even on a cold night in the height of the monsoon -
ever drop below the low 20sC (c. 70 F).
