[Aroid-l] DNA material of West Indian Monstera adansonii

Dear Aroiders:

 

            Does anyone possess living material of Monstera adansonii from any of the West Indian islands?  Eduardo Gonçalves needs a tiny bit of this in silica gel for his molecular studies.  I note that it is relatively widespread in the West Indies, known apparently from both the Leewards and the Windwards as well as Trinidad & Tobago.  The Monstera adansonii complex needs another look to see how the various elements are really related so I am hoping that someone knows of some bonifide material from the West Indies.
