Neil,
The plant in your photograph is a rather dark petioled form of Am. konjac.
I've found the following species of Amorphophallus to be cold hardy here
in USDA zone 7:
albus
henryi
yuloensis
dunnii
symonianus
yunannensis
napalensis
kiusianus
corrugatus
muelleri
konjac
bulbifer
krausei
thaiensis
